Darren Keane, Storm International CEO, told that Michael Boettcher, the Storm International President, had spoken at the RGG (Riga Gambling Congress) 2017 in October about gambling business regulation in different countries.

Michael Boettcher is not only the President of Storm International, but also a founder of this gambling empire which consists of several casinos in the countries from former soviet block and ten elegant slot halls in Germany. Now the company is the leading casino group in the region, with casinos in Armenia, Belarus, Georgia and Latvia.

In different states different gambling laws work and different social risks exist. At Riga Gambling Congress Mr. Boettcher told how to reduce these risks and how to regulate gambling business in various regions.

The President of Storm International discussed in depth legislation differences in Belarus, Georgia, Germany, Latvia and Armenia. In his speech he pointed the advantages and disadvantages of these states. He gave real life examples based on the experience of Storm International and spoke about the efficient patterns of work.

Darren Keane clarified that Mr. Boettcher has had a wealth of experience in the industry before he established his gambling company in Moscow in 1991. He cooperated with gambling companies in the UK, Iran, the USA, the Bahamas. Using his in-depth knowledge, Michael Boettcher rapidly made own company a leader in the post-Soviet area. Now holding Storm International expands its own interests. In November 2017 a new casino was opened in a 5-stars luxury resort Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga.
