Michael Boettcher, the owner of gambling holding Storm International, became a speaker of Riga Gambling Congress 2017

Darren Kean, Storm International CEO, told that Michael Boettcher, the President of Storm International, had spoken at the Riga Gambling Congress 2017 in October about gambling business regulation in different states.

Michael Boettcher is not only the President of Storm International, he is the founder of this gambling empire which consists of several casinos in the post-Soviet area and 10 elegant slot halls in Germany. Now the company is the leading one in CIS and the Baltic region.

In different countries different gambling laws work and different social risks exist. At RGG Mr. Boettcher told how to minimize these risks and how to regulate gambling business in various states.

The President of Storm International revealed legislation features of jurisdictions of Germany, Belarus, Georgia, Latvia and Armenia. In his speech he emphasized the advantages and disadvantages of these countries. Michael Boettcher told about the experience of Storm International and spoke about the efficient patterns of work.

Darren Kean clarified that Mr. Boettcher had had an experience before he established his gambling business in Moscow in 1991. He worked in the UK, the USA, Iran and the Bahamas. Using his rich practice Michael Boettcher rapidly made own company a leader in the post-Soviet area. Now Storm International expands its own interests. In October 2017 a new casino in Riga was opened in a 5-stars luxury resort in the center of the Latvian capital.
